Experienced Evening Custodian (3015)
Location: Acworth, GA, United States of America
Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Job Skills / Requirements

• No prior work experience required.
• Pay rate based on previous roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors.
• Machine shampoo carpeting.
• Clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, drinking fountains, light fixtures, window blinds, brass, and other interior fixtures.
• Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
• Sweep entryways, empty exterior cigarette urns, and trashcans outside building entrances.
• Clean restrooms, sinks, toilets, and replenish supplies.
• Change interior light bulbs reachable from a ladder.
• Complete work requests and notify management of repairs needed.
• Remove snow and ice, apply salt and/or ice melting products when needed.
• Organize and supply custodial closets.
• Move, remove, and set up furniture and equipment for special functions.
• Perform additional duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend at an appropriate level.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group.
• Willingness to learn.
• Criminal background check required.
