Requirements

  • Active Tennessee State Bar membership & in good standing (additional admissions a plus)
  • in Tennessee required
  • Private practice and minimum 3 years’ estate plan drafting experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Business formation experience
  • Knowledge in special needs planning, real estate, elder law, taxation, or asset protection advantageous
  • Strong communication skills & comfort with virtual consultations
  • Bilingual skills a plus
