Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Experienced RN for Adult Endoscopy in the Advanced Endoscopy department in Oklahoma City. The role may be filled at RN I, II, or III level depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include nursing care, patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians. Sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation assistance are offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• Experience: 0-3 years for RN I; 3-5 years for RN II; 5+ years for RN III.
• Licensure: Active RN license in OK or compact license; BLS required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Align behaviors with OU Health values and nursing standards.
• Assume responsibility for assigned patients or groups.
• Document patient responses and changes in orders.
• Assist physicians with exams and minor procedures.
• Monitor patients' physiological data and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Initiate and monitor IV infusions and blood products.
• Deliver safe, competent patient care.
• Address patient complaints per policy with support staff.
