Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer with over 6 years of experience, preferably licensed as a PE. You will assume lead design and project management on complex projects, and serve as a mentor to junior engineers. You will also play a key role in quality assurance, client coordination, and technical leadership.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead design and documentation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and life safety
• Perform complex design calculations and QA/QC reviews
• Attend and contribute to client meetings, construction site visits, and coordination sessions
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend client/site meetings
• Guide junior engineers and support project delivery
• Use REVIT and other softwares for design and documentation
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Track project progress using external and internal projection tools
• Support department standards development and process improvement initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in electrical design
• PE license preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with applicable building codes and standards
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
