Job Description: Senior Specialist, Supply Chain

The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization representing hospitals, healthcare networks, and their communities. Our main offices are in Washington, D.C., and Chicago. We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain, for our Chicago office. This is a hybrid role (three days in-office, two days remote).

Salary Range: $78,000 - $97,000 - $116,000 (commensurate with experience). We are committed to fair compensation practices; salary is determined based on experience, skills, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current knowledge in healthcare resource and materials management; recommend professional development resources to members.
  • Collaborate with the education team to develop new content for programs that add value to AHRMM offerings.
  • Serve as a content expert for educational programs, marketing resources, publications, and other products; ensure content relevance and quality.
  • Support advocacy efforts through research and network building.
  • Research agendas and projects, working with member committees, researchers, and academic partners; represent AHRMM externally.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in healthcare supply chain or healthcare management.
