Rodenhiser Home Services, Inc. in Holliston, MA is seeking a duct cleaning technician to perform duct cleaning and sealing to improve air quality in residential settings.

You’ll work with our in‑house training and state‑of‑the‑art equipment as part of a team of nearly 100 experienced technicians. • Basic understanding of how an AC system operates.
• Hard working and mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Perform duct cleaning and duct sealing to ensure maximum air quality in the residence.
• Cleaning of duct work using vacuum and brushes.
• Proper maintenance and care of duct cleaning equipment.
• Some understanding of duct repair.
• Proficiency with hand tools involved, including snips, pliers and drills.
• Maintain a clean organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Know how to establish customer rapport through entire process.

Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position.
