Job summary

Xtreme Manufacturing in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Driveline Technician to build and repair power transmission parts for telehandler forklifts and high-reach equipment. You will diagnose mechanical failures, read blueprints, and operate shop tools in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience, own tools, and the ability to interpret schematics while maintaining safety standards on a 10-hour shift with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of shop or field service experience on high reach equipment.
• Must have own tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and assemblies.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow schematics and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair driveshafts, axles, differentials and universal joints.
• Build custom or standard driveshafts.
• Pre-assemble and install parts including axles, hydraulic components, radiators, bearings, hoses, wiring, tires, engines, and cabs.
• Rework, repair and replace damaged parts or assemblies.
• Read and interpret assembly blueprints.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
