Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Loading Dock / Commercial & Industrial Door Technician in Mentor, OH. You will service, troubleshoot, and install commercial or industrial doors and loading dock equipment while collaborating with senior technicians and undergoing manufacturer training.

Role requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to work outdoors at heights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, or installing commercial or industrial door/loading dock equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Pay: $22.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Loading Dock / Commercial & Industrial Door Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional with experience servicing, troubleshooting, and installing commercial or industrial doors and loading dock equipment. You'll work alongside experienced technicians while continuing to build your skills through hands-on and manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete daily service work orders.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial door systems.
• Install commercial doors, loading dock equipment, and related products.
• Perform preventative maintenance and field service work.
• Provide professional customer service while working at client locations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, or installing commercial/residential door or loading dock equipment.
• At least 2 years of welding, electrical troubleshooting, or field service experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$30.00/hour based on experience.
