Electric Hospitality in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Experienced Dishwasher to support busy kitchens across our venues. You will wash, sanitize, and stage dishes, glassware, and cookware, helping keep the back of house running smoothly.

This role emphasizes food safety, team collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant dishwashing or kitchen support experience is a plus; we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
• Operate the dish machine safely and follow proper chemical and sanitation procedures.
• Keep dish racks, storage areas, and clean equipment organized and properly stored.
• Remove trash, cardboard, and recycling as needed.
• Keep floors clean, dry, and hazard-free.
• Help clean kitchen equipment and back-of-house areas.
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and other supplies for the kitchen and service team.
• Maintain proper levels of dishwashing chemicals and notify a manager when supplies are low.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.
• Support the team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment during busy service periods.

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is accountable for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes according to established food safety and sanitation standards, while upholding the values and culture of Electric Hospitality.

Essential Physical Functions:

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Will frequently stand, walk, reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
• Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
• Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.
• Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• Report to work in a complete required uniform.
• Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the restaurant's image.
