At Peace Healthcare Agency is looking for experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship
- Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth
- Support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)
- Encourage socialization, community participation, and meaningful activities
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments, therapy sessions, work, and community activities
- Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
- Complete accurate daily documentation, progress notes, and goal tracking
- Protect individual privacy and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
- Provide reliable transportation when required

- Experienced – Previous DSP Or Direct-care Experience Required

Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs
- Experience implementing Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)
- Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of person-centered care and individual rights
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous DSP experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Ability to assist with mobility and personal care as needed
