Job summary

Lv Petroleum in Hillsboro, TX is seeking an Experienced Diesel Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers at our busy travel center location.

You will work in a team-focused environment, provide excellent service to travelers, and contribute to keeping the fleet on the road. Weekly pay, a competitive hourly wage, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty trucks.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous repair or parts shop experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Provide accurate, efficient service to customers.
• Diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations with TSA or Manager.
• Complete repairs within capabilities and as written.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe situations.

We are seeking an Experienced Diesel Technician at one of our busy travel center locations. As a Diesel Technician, you will provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers in a professional and accommodating manner. Our Technicians ensure we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customers are exceeded.
• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide.
• Diagnose wear conditions and together with TSA or Manager, makes recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Follow safety guidelines and reports potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers.

A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team

ASE Certified (preferred)
