Job summary

Position Summary

This position involves the repair of mixer trucks (International / Mack / Volvo / Kenworth / Peterbilt) and Mixer Assemblies and related parts. This position involves working rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays.

Requirements

• Engine diagnostic experience
• Hydraulic diagnosis and repair
• 3+ years Diesel Engine experience preferred but not required
• Commercial Driver’s License a Plus / Class B but not required
• Must Have Own Hand Tools
• Ability to work SAFE at all times

Minimum Education and Experience

• Must have a class C operators license
• Must have clean driving history and focus on safety
• Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with heavy truck repair

Physical Requirements

• Able to work up to 11 hours
• Lift objects of various dimensions and weights
• Ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, squat, tolerate prolonged standing/walking, balance, bend from trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
• Ability to use vibration tools
• Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather
• Most time is spent outside in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry. May have exposure to dust, sand, gravel, diesel exhaust, etc.
