• Independently perform engineering assignments with clear and specified objectives.
• Lead design tasks on multiple water resources projects.
• Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff.
• Understand engineering conditions, laws, and permitting organizations such as city, state, and county entities.
• Supervise and mentor engineers-in-training, designers, and technicians.
• Attend design meetings and interact with clients at your level of experience, working with client managers to develop client relationships.
• May require field activities like coordination with construction services, inspections, and site reviews with client groups.
