Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, seeks an NP or PA to join our dermatology practice. You will provide general dermatology care with autonomy, delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting.

We offer a flexible, physician-led environment with strong referral networks, modern equipment, and a compensation package featuring a guaranteed base or net collections, relocation help, and paid CME. Full-time, four or more days per week.

The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the final employment agreement.
