Platinum Dermatology Partners in Fullerton, CA seeks an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy General Dermatology practice. The APP will provide high-quality patient care, support cosmetic procedures, and collaborate with a skilled clinical team in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in General Dermatology
• Board-certified or board-eligible NP/PA

The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the final employment agreement.
