Brattleboro Dental Health in Brattleboro, VT is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our collaborative team. You will provide chairside support, prepare rooms and instruments, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a weekday-only schedule.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $20-27, a $1,000-1,500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with employer match, life insurance, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required.
• Strong chairside assisting skills for a busy practice.
• CPR certification and radiology/x-ray certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures.
• Take and process diagnostic-quality dental x-rays.
• Follow sterilization, infection-control, OSHA, and safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized operatories and accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory.
• Collaborate with dentists and team to support workflow.
