Charm Dental is seeking a self-motivated, organized Dental Assistant to provide excellent patient service in a modern office. You will welcome patients into the treatment area, discuss the dental care plan, take vital signs, and help prepare equipment.

The role emphasizes amiable chair-side manners, teamwork, and strong communication in English and Spanish when possible. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive environment for professional development.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent patient service in a dental setting.

• Ability to follow office policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Schedule appointments
