Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified, cross-trained, and caring Dental Assistant/front desk associate to join our team! In this position, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our clients feel like family. You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures and present comprehensive treatment plans as prescribed by the dentist. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with front desk operations as needed. The ideal candidate is experienced in both dental assisting and front desk functions. Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable.
  • Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions.
  • Take vital signs and accurately record medical history.
  • Prepare sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures and exams.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies.
  • Schedule appointments in coordination with front desk associates.
Qualifications
  • Certificate by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
