Position Overview

This full-time Dental Assistant role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a modern dental setting that rewards dedication and teamwork. Shifts begin at 7:10 AM sharp, with 12-hour workdays on Mondays and Tuesdays, and rotating Wednesdays and Saturdays, offering 3–4 days off each week.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of general dental procedures
• Prepare, disinfect, and restock operatories according to strict sterilization protocols
• Manage accurate patient records and treatment notes using Eaglesoft
• Support patient education and comfort throughout their visit
• Maintain daily efficiency by proactively anticipating clinical needs
• Reliable transportation is required to meet the early start time and schedule

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in a dental assisting role (general dentistry preferred)
• Proficient with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
• Clear, friendly communicator with patients and team members
• Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
• Dependable and able to consistently start shifts at 7:10 AM
• Excited to join a team where mentorship, continued learning, and peer support are part of the daily experience

Hourly Pay: $22–$25/hour, based on experience

Monthly Bonus Program: Earn an additional $2–$4/hour in performance-based compensation
