Full-Time Dental Assistant – Join Our Patient-Focused, Family-Friendly Practice in Morgantown!

Job Summary
We are a family-oriented dental practice in Morgantown seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. You'll work closely with two experienced dentists and two other dental assistants in a supportive, no-drama environment where patient care and teamwork come first.

Our practice focuses on both general and implant dentistry, offering you the opportunity to broaden your skills in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. If you’re dependable, motivated, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
-Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures (general and implant)
-Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment and treatment rooms; maintain clean and well-organized treatment areas
-Take and process digital X-rays
-Provide excellent chairside assistance and patient education
-Ensure high standards of infection control, safety procedures, cleanliness, and HIPAA regulations
-Support team members with daily clinical operations
Requirements
-Dental Assistant Certification (preferred but not required)
-Dental assisting experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
-X-ray certification (or ability to obtain)
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Reliable and professional with a mature, no-drama attitude
-Able to work well with others in a team environment
