Full-Time Role | Competitive Salary | Great Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Fastbraces orthodontic adjustments: placing wires, elastics, and making appliance modifications.
• Assist with surgical procedures and sleep dentistry in coordination with our periodontal team.
• Set up treatment rooms for both orthodontic and surgical procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Communicate with patients clearly and positively, helping them achieve a confident, healthy smile.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver excellent orthodontic and periodontal care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in orthodontic and/or periodontal dental assisting
• Honest, responsible, and committed to patient care excellence
• Strong verbal communication and welcoming chairside manner
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient in fast-paced clinical environments
• Positive, proactive attitude – must work well with team members and patients alike
• No passive-aggressive behavior; we value open, respectful communication.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $28,800 – $48,000 annually (based on qualifications and experience)
