Flagstaff Modern Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll assist the dentist, maintain a clean and friendly operatory, and help ensure efficient clinical workflows using modern dental technology.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, sterile practice, and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team focused on community health.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per ADA guidelines while complying with state and federal regulations

The Opportunity

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information $19.00-$26.50 / Hourly
