Samsung Austin Semiconductor’s Taylor site is seeking a DC Test Engineer to optimize DC tester environments, improve test accuracy, and support global testing needs. You will troubleshoot equipment, qualify tools, and help sustain daily floor operations, collaborating with teams across the organization.

The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, familiarity with test structures, and programming basics on UNIX, BASIC, and PERL.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of test structures and test methodologies.
• Ability to interpret and modify code on Basic, PERL, and UNIX.
• Experience in wafer probe manufacturing environment recommended; Keysight ATE and TEL prober knowledge a plus.

He/She will be responsible for providing critical feedback to the fab based on DC test results. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
