They may need to do probe card changes on the probers, probe card repair, preventive maintenance, and part repair/replacement. The technician will also need to have strong computer skills to check data trends and handle various pieces of software for fab operations. The technician will work on probers, testers, and probe cards. They will be expected to maintain a high level of safety awareness and strong quality mindset. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
