Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Taylor, TX is seeking a DC Test Engineer to optimize DC tester programs, ensure repeatable results, and benchmark performance with Samsung Korea. You’ll provide critical feedback to the fab and support tool troubleshooting, installation, and sustaining floor operations.
Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, knowledge of test structures and scripting (Basic, PERL, UNIX), and wafer-probe experience (Keysight ATE/TEL prober a plus).

As a DC Test Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor (Taylor site), the candidate will be working with state‑of‑the‑art technologies and devices. He/She will be responsible for providing critical feedback to the fab based on DC test results. The candidate will be expected to maintain the highest level of accuracy in test results through program troubleshooting, equipment troubleshooting, device characterization, and benchmarking with Samsung Korea.

The current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
