Together Change Happens is seeking a Experienced Custodian lead in Peoria, AZ, to perform routine custodial duties and help oversee the custodial team. The role requires established experience, the ability to navigate a contract-driven environment, and a valid AZ driver’s license.

The position is full-time, on-site, based at Luke Air Force Base, with a 6am-3pm shift and a drug-screen/background-check requirement.

Qualifications

• 2 years custodial experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Must have AZ driver’s license and 39-month clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Being a Custodial Lead :

We’re looking for a Custodial Lead to perform routine custodial duties for assigned buildings and aid in oversight of custodial work done by custodians to ensure contract requirements are met . Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to Luke Air Force Base, which includes having a Real ID that is federally compliant . We are looking for individuals with 2 years of custodial experience. This position requires Driving - Must be at least 21 years of age, have a current AZ Driver’s License and a 39-month clean driving record.
