The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee the Custodial Program at Luke Air Force Base, balancing commercial facility operations with a mission to provide structured job training and mentorship for individuals with disabilities.

The role is exempt, full-time and requires an Associate's degree, at least 3 years of related experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, a 21+ age, and a valid Arizona driver's license with a 39-month clean driving record.

Assistant Project Manager - Custodial Program

Position Overview

We are seeking an operational and community-minded Assistant Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Custodial Program at Luke Air Force Base. In this role, you will balance commercial facility operations with a meaningful mission: providing structured, hands-on job training and mentorship to individuals with disabilities.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Must possess an Associate's degree in a related field.
• Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.
• Leadership: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age (due to commercial driving requirements).
• Driving Record: Must hold a current Arizona Driver's License and have a 39-month clean driving record.

• Because this position operates on a secure military installation, candidates must successfully pass and maintain:
