Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to safely set up and operate hydraulic cranes on site. You will read load charts, follow hand signals, perform rigging, and maintain equipment with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

The role requires a valid CDL, NCCCO license, and 3+ years of crane operation experience. Overtime opportunities are available as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Current NCCCO crane operator license required.
• 3+ years of operating hydraulic cranes.
• Ability to read and interpret hand signals.

Responsibilities

• Review next day’s job assignments and ensure rigging and equipment readiness.
• Complete Field Ticket and submit to local branch office.
• Enter payroll hours daily; report hours by 10:00 a.m. each Monday.
• Stay productive when not on a job by inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Carry and respond to phones/pagers promptly.
• Assist in training on safe crane operation.
• Periodically review crane service and operator manuals.
• Clean, inspect, and organize equipment in shop and yard.
• Read, interpret, and apply load charts for safe lifting.
• Program crane computer and set up crane safely on location.
• Ensure signal person understands proper hand signals before lifting.
• Apply proper rigging techniques for safe loads.
• Inspect crane, truck, and trailer; file vehicle inspection reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
