Job summary

Precision for Medicine is hiring a CRA II to monitor and manage clinical trial sites, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. You will conduct on-site and remote monitoring, manage trial tools, and support start-up activities with guidance from the Clinical Trial Manager.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a scientific field, 2+ years CRA experience, and strong communication with the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in scientific/healthcare discipline.
• 2+ years as a CRA in a CRO or equivalent; site management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; travel up to 60%.
• Fluency in English; local language as applicable depending on country.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality.
• Guides audit readiness and supports preparation for audits.
• Manages trial management tools, status reports and site start-up activities as required.
• Performs site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out) and prepares monitoring reports.
