Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a CRA II to monitor and manage clinical trial sites, ensuring patient safety and data quality across oncology, cardiology, or lupus programs. The role covers start-up, site management, and on-site monitoring with independent study team responsibilities.

The candidate will oversee site visits, ensure audit readiness, manage trial systems, and support risk assessment, IP handling, and data quality. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Evidence of a client focused approach.
• Experience using computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing and electronic mail.
• Ability to travel overnight. Up to 60% travel on average, based on regional requirements.
• Fluency in English and for non-English speaking countries the local language of country where position based.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality.
• Provides guidance toward audit readiness and supports audits and follow-up actions.
• Manages trial management tools, status reports, and site-related documentation.
• Assists with site start-up including feasibility, investigator contracts, and regulatory submissions.
• Verifies informed consent processes and monitors patient safety and data integrity.
• Conducts site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out) and submits monitoring reports.
• Maintains ISF, TMF alignment, and archiving per local regulations.
• Communicates protocol/study issues with site personnel and project management.
• Maintains relationships with investigators and study staff to promote high-quality service.
