This successful Chicago based Law Firm, is currently looking to add to its National, family based Immigration team. The ideal candidate would possess family based Immigration experience and willbe courtroom savvy. This upwardly mobile, National firm, can offer both professional growth and job stability to the right candidate. Weare seeking to hire a bilingual (English / Spanish) Immigration attorney with EOIR court experience willing to attend courtroom trials, as needed, in local jurisdictions as well as practice remotely.

We are in need of a reliable and dedicated candidate, one that is willing to partner with our National Immigration team remotely. The candidate we are seeking, is one with a willingness to practice family based immigration and appear in court as needed. Only serious candidates need apply.

• As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will have regular contact with your clients and be able to communicate promptly at all times.
• As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will manage case files in an effective and organized manner demonstrating productivity and efficiency.
• The ideal candidate with be a Licensed Attorney with Family Immigration and courtroom experience
• Experience Microsoft Office, Outlook and "home office" technology is required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
