This successful Chicago-based Law Firm is currently looking to expand its national family-based Immigration practice. If you have experience in family-based Immigration and are courtroom savvy, please read on. We are an upwardly mobile national firm offering professional growth and job stability. We seek to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration attorney with EOIR court experience, willing to practice in court (some travel may be required depending on location).

We need a reliable and dedicated candidate who is willing to partner with our national Immigration team remotely. You must be willing to appear in Immigration court (all expenses paid, with bonuses for travel). Only serious candidates should apply.

Job Summary:

This position requires a self-starter with the discipline to work remotely. The work will be challenging but rewarding, as you assist clients with their legal needs.
