This successful Chicago based Law Firm is currently looking to add to its National, family based Immigration team. The ideal candidate would possess family based Immigration experience and will be courtroom savvy. This upwardly mobile, National firm can offer both professional growth and job stability to the right candidate. We are seeking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration attorney with EOIR court experience willing to attend courtroom trials, as needed, in local jurisdictions (Phoenix, AZ) while practicing remotely.

We are in need of a reliable and dedicated candidate, one that is willing to partner with our National Immigration team remotely. The candidate we are seeking is one with a willingness to practice family based immigration and appear in court as needed. Only serious candidates need apply.

Job Summary: This position requires a self-starter with the desire and discipline to work remotely. You will find that this will not only be challenging work, but rewarding, as you assist your client(s) while you assist your clients with their legal needs.

Responsibilities
  • As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will have regular contact with your clients and be able to communicate promptly at all times.
  • As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will manage case files in an effective and organized manner demonstrating productivity and efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Attorney with Family Immigration and courtroom experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and "home office" technology is required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
