Cutting Edge Countertops, Inc. in Perrysburg, OH is seeking an experienced Countertop Installer with 3+ years in countertop installation to join our Perrysburg team.

You will handle installations in homes or businesses, ensure a clean, high-quality finish, read drawings and measurements, and work with the crew to deliver safe, on-time results. We offer full-time, year-round work with a daytime Mon-Fri schedule and occasional Saturdays, plus overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of countertop installation experience.
• Experience installing granite, quartz, and/or solid surface countertops.
• Ability to read measurements, drawings, and job specifications.
• Strong safety practices and professional communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install countertops on residential or commercial sites with precision.
• Complete field adjustments and solve installation challenges.
• Ensure clean, professional finish and safe handling of materials.

Cutting Edge Countertops is looking for an experienced Countertop Installer with 3+ years of countertop installation experience to join our Perrysburg team.

If you know how to install countertops the right way, take pride in a clean finished product, and can confidently handle the challenges that come with installation in a customer’s home or business, we want to talk with you.

Pay: $24-$30/Hour

Your starting rate will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the team. We’re looking for experienced installers who can contribute from day one.

Experience We Value Includes

• 3+ years of countertop installation experience
• Experience installing granite, quartz, and/or solid surface countertops
• Ability to complete accurate field adjustments and problem-solve installation challenges
• Experience with seams, sink and cooktop cutouts, backsplashes, and final fit and finish
• Ability to safely use installation tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of proper material handling and jobsite safety
• Ability to read measurements, drawings, and job specifications
• Professional communication with homeowners, contractors, builders, and other customers
• Pride in leaving behind a clean, professional, high-quality installation

What We’re Looking For

In addition to at least 3 years of countertop installation experience, you should have:

• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of an installation crew
• The ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy countertop materials with assistance and lifting equipment
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to pass required pre-employment screening, including a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening
