The role involves working in a production kitchen with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule (40 hours/week) and some evenings or weekends during busy seasons. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

• Prepare and lead in a production kitchen for catered events.
• Assist with various kitchen stations as needed.
• Maintain consistent quality and timing for dishes.
