Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking an Automation Engineer to support ongoing automation projects at multiple 24/7 production facilities. You will collaborate with engineering to design, implement, and optimize PLC/SCADA programs, perform electrical work as needed, and drive process improvements across manufacturing lines.

The position requires strong PLC/HMI skills, robotics/motion control knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong electrical knowledge with hands-on PLC/HMI, robots, and motion controls.
Familiarity with Windows-based real-time / embedded controllers and data acquisition systems.
Associates or technical degree preferred; a manufacturing automation background is valued.

Responsibilities

Provide automation and process control support for 24/7 production plants.
Design and develop SCADA and PLC programs to address improvements.
Work with engineering and maintenance to troubleshoot production issues.
Modify PLC programs to improve efficiency and quality.
Ensure proper backups of facility software and programs.
