Job summary

QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking an Experienced Controls Technician in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing building automation and HVAC control systems, with hands-on work on DDC networks and integration tasks.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and optimize systems, supporting installation and commissioning while collaborating with engineering and project teams. A Niagara certification is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming background (PLC/DDC/ladder logic).
• Familiarity with major controls systems (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB).
• Niagara certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Experienced Controls Technician

$35-$55 per hour, based on experience | Richardson, TX

Full-Time | 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Working On

• Troubleshoot and repair building automation and HVAC control systems
