The Vermont Attorney General's Office seeks an experienced assistant attorney general for the Consumer Protection Unit in Montpelier. The role involves handling cases under Vermont consumer and antitrust laws, investigating deceptive practices, and sometimes coordinating with CAP to educate consumers and resolve disputes.

Qualified candidates must be admitted to the Vermont bar or be eligible, possess strong writing and advocacy skills, and have several years of relevant litigation or

Competenze

• Member in good standing of the Vermont bar or eligible to be admitted.
• Litigation and/or consumer law experience.
• Excellent legal writing and analysis skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with co-counsel and state agencies.
• Six or more years of relevant litigation and/or consumer law experience preferred.
