Job summary

Millstone Weber, LLC is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to move materials, earth, and heavy objects on our construction sites. You will operate machines to dig, grade, lay sewer, spread asphalt, and support safe, efficient project execution.

Work outdoors in all weather, follow safety standards, coordinate with ground crew, and perform routine maintenance on machinery. A valid driver's license and prior operator experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Operator is required; not an entry-level role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand work directions and communicate with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power construction equipment.
• Dig trenches and grade land for various projects.
• Lay and repair sewer lines; spread asphalt and concrete.
• Load materials, drive trucks and operate forklifts and boom equipment.
• Follow safety standards and coordinate with ground crew.
