Job summary

Mardian Concrete Pumping is seeking a full-time Concrete Pump Operator for our Flagstaff branch to operate power-driven pumps on our projects. This role involves managing pumps, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with crew members to ensure safe, accurate material placement.

Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 3-5 years of experience, a valid Class B CDL, a DOT medical card, and knowledge of hand signals and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) plus any combination of education/experience providing required skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Knowledge of hand signals.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and execution skills.
• Willingness to pass drug/alcohol test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete pumps for Mardian Concrete Pumping.
• Communicate with other workers using signals, radios, or phones to manage material flows.
• Monitor gauges and inspect equipment for proper levels and pressures; report abnormalities.
• Review operating schedules or instructions to determine pump amounts.
• Perform daily maintenance and inspections per manuals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; conduct daily DOT inspections.
• Complete timecards and daily/weekly inspections; ensure permits/certifications are current.
