Job Overview:
Concrete Solutions Unlimited is seeking Experienced Commercial Concrete Finishers to join our concrete crew. This level of Concrete Finishers will be responsible for assisting in set up for commercial concrete pours as well as finishing concrete surfaces on a variety of commercial projects. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following the proper industry procedures and wearing appropriate protective equipment when necessary.

Pay: Ranging from $25-$32 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience using a power trowel
• Demonstrated proficiency with edges, floating, brooming and curb & gutter
• Can take the lead on finishing, if required
• Ability to accurately read survey stakes
• Able to set, pour, and finish all types of flatwork for commercial and residential projects
• Align forms for floors, parking lots, sidewalks, cubs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints
• Level, smooth, and shape surfaces of freshly poured concrete
• Monitor the effects of weather on concrete and take appropriate measures to protect and cure the concrete
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, including floats, trowels, and screeds
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift 50lbs
• Willing to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
