Rick Hamm Construction, Inc. (RHCI) is seeking a Concrete Estimator in California to deliver accurate cost estimates for concrete and masonry projects.

You will use On-Screen Takeoff to perform takeoffs, analyze data, prepare bids, and evaluate subcontractor quotes, requiring 2+ years of experience and ability to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience estimating structural concrete projects.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software.
• Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting.
