Placement By Design, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer for a growing MEP firm located in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on producing code-compliant plumbing construction documents and coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other project disciplines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Plumbing Design experience for commercial projects, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of building construction. USA project experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architectural Engineering or Technical/Associate degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing design experience for commercial projects.
• USA project experience required.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Produce coordinated, code-compliant plumbing construction documents.
• Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
• Perform plumbing sizing calculations.
• Conduct field investigations and site visits, including existing conditions assessments.
• Assist with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field issues).
