Design Temp of Florida Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for Tampa, FL. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems including RTUs and split systems.

We offer a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $90,000 annually, plus incentives, a sign-on bonus up to $2,000, health benefits, a 401(k) with match, PTO, a company vehicle with fuel card, and tools provided. Ongoing HVAC training and career growth are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, refrigeration equipment, and HVAC controls.
• Valid driver's license and willingness for rotating weekend on-call.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Service commercial rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and manufacturer specifications; complete service reports.
• Follow safety procedures, EPA refrigerant handling regulations, and industry best practices.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage.
