Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience with systems such as VRF and rooftop units.
• EPA Universal Certification required; OEM‑specific training or certifications preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on a variety of commercial HVAC systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing service concerns.
• Serve as a mentor to junior technicians in the field.
