Job summary

Mason Pro Services is seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers a tiered pay scale from $30 to $54 per hour based on skill level and experience. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 and monthly incentives up to $10,000 per year are available.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours and on-call rotations. Growth is emphasized with a clear path across Technician I-III levels, ongoing training, a company vehicle, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• EPA 608 certification required or in-progress benefits provided to achieve it later.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on commercial HVAC systems and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration issues.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams to diagnose problems.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates; document work performed.

BONUS OPPORTUNITY: Monthly performance incentives with the potential to earn up to $10,000 per year

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred
• EPA 608 certification
• Strong electrical and refrigeration fundamentals
• Ability to read and troubleshoot from wiring diagrams
• Ability to perform refrigerant diagnostics and calculate superheat and subcooling
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Strong documentation and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Desire to continue developing your technical knowledge

Additional experience with controls, VFDs, 3-phase electrical, hydronics, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers or large commercial equipment may qualify you for one of our higher technician levels.

NATE certification is preferred, but we provide support for technicians who want to earn additional certifications.
