Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. This role focuses on HVAC/R and facilities maintenance across the Greater Dallas area, combining hands-on work with system diagnostics to keep operations running smoothly.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and support facility operations at multiple sites, while collaborating with a team that values practical problem-solving and safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Experience with rooftop units, ventilation, or refrigeration(WIC/F).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites.
• Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems.
• Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues.
