Position: Full-Time Floor Stripping & Waxing Specialist (aka Floor Care Tech Extraordinaire) Location: The legendary Wilson, NC! (Where opportunity shines as bright as your future floors!) Your Canvas: A large-scale manufacturing facility with diverse flooring landscapes ready for your expert refinishing. Your Prime Time: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Be the nocturnal artist who lays down perfection while the world sleeps. The morning reveal will be your triumph!)

• The Art of the Strip: Wield high-powered stripping machines and solutions to expertly remove old wax, stubborn residues, and imperfections, taking floors down to their pristine base.
• The Science of the Wax: Apply multiple coats of high-quality wax with precision, building up a durable, mirror-like shine that protects and beautifies. Your layering technique is key!
• Master of Machinery: Command high-tech floor care equipment like buffers (for that ultimate gloss!), super strippers, low-speed machines (for controlled refinishing), and automatic scrubbers (for prepping and post-care).
• Diverse Floor Domination: Showcase your stripping and waxing expertise on a variety of demanding surfaces – VCT is your kingdom, but you'll also encounter epoxy, terrazzo, polished concrete, rubber, and vinyl plank.
• Refinishing Royalty: Your primary focus is the transformative process of stripping and waxing. While you might assist with deep cleaning carpets or upholstery on special projects, your core mission is hard-surface floor revival.
• Project Powerhouse: Tackle large-scale refinishing projects, including moving necessary furniture, meticulously preparing surfaces, and executing flawless stripping and waxing cycles.
• PROVEN mastery in stripping and waxing floors. This is non-negotiable – we need to see your portfolio of polished perfection (or hear your tales of triumph!).
• Deep proficiency in operating industrial stripping and waxing machinery. You know your swing machines from your auto-scrubbers blindfolded.
• A perfectionist's eye and a "leave no swirl mark behind" attitude.
• 18+ years old with verifiable experience in advanced floor care, specifically stripping and waxing.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening (keeping our environment top-notch).
• The physical stamina to lift 75+ lbs regularly (those wax buckets aren't light!).
