Role Description

This is a contract role (to possibly hire full-time) for an Experienced Commercial Electrician based in the North GA. The electrician will travel to job sites in North GA to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities or construction sites; including power distribution, lighting, and equipment wiring.

Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting electrical plans and schematics, running conduit and wiring, performing panel terminations, and ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards.

The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs, and completing preventive maintenance tasks to keep systems operating safely and efficiently. The electrician will collaborate with project managers, other trades, and clients to meet project timelines, maintain accurate documentation, and support high-quality project delivery.

We are looking for people that can manage a team of 2-3.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical work, including commercial and industrial power distribution.
• Proficiency in maintenance & repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Understanding of basic electrical engineering principles relevant to commercial installations.
• Experience with reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to work safely, follow OSHA and NEC requirements, and use appropriate PPE and tools.
• Demonstrated experience as a commercial or industrial electrician, preferably in construction environments.
• Completion of trade school, or apprenticeship a must, or equivalent hands‑on training; you do not have to have a state license to apply
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in charge of a crew of 2-3.
• OSHA 10, not a requirement, but will have you complete once hired
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and ability to work in various field conditions.
