Job summary

Falcontek Solutions is seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to support busy commercial construction projects across Kentucky. You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, and perform measurements and layout for framing, doors, windows, and concrete forms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, experience with concrete forming and framing, and a strong safety mindset. OSHA 30 training is preferred, with travel within roughly 50 miles of job sites; reliable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience preferred, ideally in commercial construction.
• Experience with carpentry, concrete forming, framing, or building construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately perform measurements and layout.
• OSHA 30 Construction training strongly preferred; candidates willing to complete may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry work across various phases of construction projects.
• Install doors, windows, frames, and associated hardware.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform measurements, material calculations, and layout work.
• Build, install, and remove concrete forms for footings, walls, columns, and other structures.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and related construction activities.
• Perform framing, stair layout, and general carpentry installations.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently.
• Follow OSHA regulations and all established job-site safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
